Strengthening the corporate culture

Arkwright professionals gather for events outside the office several times each year to strengthen our corporate culture and get to know each other in settings besides work.

We often combine professional and recreational activities in order to continue developing. Arkwright's central training schemes are held at interesting European locations that offer extensive opportunities for employees to relax and enjoy themselves. At the annual "Company Event", all Arkwright professionals gather at a distant location. Apart from group strategy discussions and training sessions, the event fosters further integration between colleagues in a pleasurable environment.

Arkwright arranges alumni events to which both former and current employees are invited. Furthermore, we have informal gatherings, such as Friday pub meetings and work-out sessions. We also participate in a number of sports activities.
