Arild Jakobsen, Director
Experience and expertise: Arild has been with Arkwright since he founded the Houston office in 2008. The Houston office was established to better serve the growing client base in the Oil & Gas industry. He has previously served the Oil & Gas industry through 11 years of risk management consulting with Det Norske Veritas.
Competence areas: Strong expertise in risk management, supply chain assurance, HSE, marine and drilling equipment, systems and control systems, and the workings of manufacturing facilities and ship yards. Arild also has experience in corporate strategy and finance, commercial due diligence and business start- up.
Other: Arild is also owner, founder and vice president of ViseNUT, LLC which specializes in innovative fastening solutions.
Arild Jakobsen has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, and an MBA from University of Phoenix.
